Private Beta Terms

Features may change, fail, or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or production-level availability during the Private Beta.

You are responsible for prompts and content you submit and must have the right to use them. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable and should be reviewed before sharing.

You keep the rights you already hold in your content. You give Riffiq only the limited permission needed to process, store, moderate, display, and deliver it to operate the service.

Do not use Riffiq for illegal activity, abuse, exploitation, harmful deception, privacy violations, or content you do not have permission to use. We may restrict access or remove content to protect people, the service, or the beta program.

UNLISTED Riffs are not placed in discovery feeds, but anyone with the URL may be able to view them. A noindex instruction is not secrecy or access control.
